How can I book Dish TV and Videocon New Set top Box connection?

New set top box can buy through top up recharge option. Amount also deducted from top up balance. So take balance in top up e-wallet for buying set top box. 

Can I sale set top box top any one?

Yes this facility is for all Indian citizens. Our retailers can book set top box for any one, from anywhere.

(Example –if you are in Delhi and want to book set top box for Mumbai than you can do this from your retailer id top up option. Someone wants to gift DTH connection to relative or friend than he/she can book through my recharge retailer.) 

Where from I will pay set top box costing? 

Set top box amount deducted from top up e-wallet balance.

Customer’s what document and detail we required?

We need his full name, mobile number, full address with city location, correct pin code and date of birth.

How much time will it take to install connection at customer Home? 
It will take 24 hrs in urban and 48 hrs. In outskirts and Rural area of country.

Is Customer required any Installation charge to pay? 
No. this is total free. Installation charge, Set top box, 10 meters cable and DTH antenna included in booking amount.

What is Retailer Commission? 
On all type of set top box sale fix commission is Rs. 250/- Per box direct to retailer, all over India.

Can I receive any commission from my down line team also? 
Yes, from 1 to 35 level 0.20% commission paid as per down line repurchase commission rules.

When will I receive my commission? 
Commission paid same time of booking in top up e-wallet.

If someone bought set top box in that condition it calculated in per month 1000/- repurchase condition or not? 
Yes, it will count. If someone booked DTH connection from top up and completed 2:1 ratio than down line repurchase commission paid to him.
